* supported the following options:
NIS server option, NIS domain option (RFC3898)
NIS+ server option, NIS+ domain option (RFC3898)
BCMCS server option, BCMCS domain option (RFC4280)
* changed the name of the enviromental variable for SIP server
address (new_sip_servers).
* removed a configure option to control the NTP option number.
(since one year has been passed since its official assignment)
